Project Management

A producer is a person who makes sure that everyone works on the same project...

(said by someone clever in my MA course)

I believe that good pre-production management can save you lots of time and money. So, I always plan, draw and prepare before I start molding my piece. It's important to communicate all the ideas to the team, and explain particular roles to each member. On the set, there is no time for thinking or questioning - production is a mechanical process.

I have four years of experience in managing creative projects. It involves team management, production management, location planning, schedule and budget management. I attended numerous workshops and lectures related to project management, organised by, for example: Watershed, Bristol Ecounters, UWE or BBC.

I also wanted to reiterate how pleased I was to see that you had achieved what (I think) you wanted and to acknowledge how hard you have worked on this piece. I have been impressed by your commitment and attention to detail.
